By utilizing the unique <strong>combustion chamber<\/strong>, it creates a homogeneous temperature inside the barbecue that does not dry out the food, leaving it moist and tender.<\/p>\n<p>The ventilation system, consisting of a <strong>manually adjustable side fan<\/strong>, ensures air circulation inside the cooking chamber without creating unnecessary dispersions.
