The Royal Food PELLETTO 150 L pellet barbecue is the perfect solution for cooking enthusiasts who have limited space. Its four-leg configuration, similar to a small table, makes it ideal for outdoor cooking even without a supporting surface, providing a stable and solid cooking base thanks to its robust construction.

The ergonomic legs place the grill at the ideal height for comfortable use. Despite its compact size and light weight, the PELLETTO 150 L features a stainless steel grill measuring 35 x 38 cm (a total of 1330 cm²), perfect for preparing any dish, along with an upper rack (35 x 13 cm) to keep food warm.

Instead of charcoal or wood, this BBQ uses wood pellets, which produce a significantly lower amount of smoke. The pellets are loaded into a large-capacity hopper and fed into the burner through an auger system, ensuring a consistent and even supply.

The hopper can hold up to 5 kg of pellets, and the auger can deliver up to 0.5 kg per hour at maximum power. Ignition is fully automatic via an electronic heating element, allowing the user to remain clean and hands-free during operation.

The integrated thermostat allows precise monitoring of the internal temperature, while the included probe measures the temperature at the core of the food—ideal for perfectly cooked meats.

A grease collection tray ensures cleanliness and ease of use. Thanks to the “closed-lid system”, heat circulates evenly within the cooking chamber, providing uniform and enveloping cooking that keeps food juicy and tender.
