The Royal Food PELLETTO 130 tabletop pellet barbecue is the perfect choice for cooking enthusiasts with limited space. Despite its compact size and light weight, it offers a stainless steel grill measuring 35 x 38 cm (a total of 1330 cm²), ideal for cooking any type of dish.
It also includes an upper rack (35 x 13 cm) to keep cooked food warm. The four rubberized feet provide a stable and secure base during use.
The integrated thermostat allows precise monitoring of the internal temperature, while the included probe measures the internal temperature of the food, such as large cuts of meat.
The pellet feed system with tank and auger ensures a steady fuel flow to the burner. The hopper holds up to 5 kg of pellets, and the auger can move up to 0.5 kg per hour at maximum setting. Ignition is fully automatic thanks to an electronic resistance, ensuring a clean and convenient operation.
A grease collection tray under the unit makes cleaning quick and easy. The special “closed-lid” cooking system delivers uniform, enveloping heat, maintaining food juicy and tender without drying it out.
The PELLETTO 130 uses wood pellets instead of charcoal or firewood, generating significantly less smoke and providing a more sustainable and cleaner cooking experience.
