The special “closed lid” system makes it possible to obtain a even cooking, taking advantage of the unique combustion chamber that recreates a homogeneous temperature inside the barbecue which does not dry the foods, but leaves them moist and soft.
Instead of coal and wood, this BBQ uses wood pellets, which produces a significant lower amount of smoke. The pellets are placed and then stored in a large hopper (which can hold up to 3.6 kg of pellets when the grill only consumes 1 kg/h) and then they descend into the brazier via an auger. The flame is fed by an electrical device thanks to which it’s possible to adjust the temperature and the amount of smoke.
The use of pellets significantly reduces the ash production compared to a conventional charcoal barbecue, making this grill easy and fast to clean.
