The Royal Food CB 450 Charcoal Barbecue features two stainless steel grids both the lower and the upper one, unlike most of the products on the market that instead have an enameled iron grid. On the side and the front there are two shelves to place useful cooking tools.
The ventilation system consists of four manually adjustable side vents, which ensure air circulation within the cooking compartment without creating unnecessary dispersions. There is a convenient storage shelf at the bottom. For cooking, it uses the “Lid closed” system which, together with the stainless steel grids, make it possible to obtain a mouth-filling and uniform cooking. Taking advantage of the unique combustion chamber that recreates a homogeneous temperature inside the barbecue which does not dry the foods, but leaves them moist and soft
Also it can be easily transported thanks to the two comfortable wheels and the side handle.
